After making changes to a new client’s quick quote form and marketing message we’ve seen a huge improvement in their website conversions. In just the past three weeks we have been seeing a 9.27% conversion rate with just the quick quote contact form, not including phone calls. This is great considering the amount of traffic that the site is seeing. Industry standard for web conversions is around 2-5 percent so the conversion rate is higher than normal due to the recent change in the site’s quick quote form and adjusting the marketing message. What we will do from here is work on increasing the traffic through organic SEO and keeping a close eye on the conversion rate. Ideally we want this to stay the same or improve with the new traffic.
